The Mirage Cloud Service URL determines the data center and the server version for the Mirage Cloud service.

 

The current URL is: https://*.miragecloud.com/OpenCTIWebService53/MirageOpenCTI.asmx

 

 

Example

https://IE1.miragecloud.com/OpenCTIWebService53/MirageOpenCTI.asmx

 

•IE1 is the data center location (Ireland)

•53 is the latest version number for the Mirage Cloud service

 

You can select the data center but you should not change the version number.

 

 

 

Available data centers

The Mirage Cloud service is available in 4 locations

 

•Germany (instance name: DE)

•Ireland (instance name: IE)

•Singapore (instance name: SI)

•United States (instance name: US)

 

Which data center should I use?

You should select the data center depending on your Salesforce instance. This is typically the best choice. If you do not select an instance (https://miragecloud.com/) then you are routed via geolocation to the nearest data center. In case of a service interruption the service could be moved to other Amazon data centers

 

You find the instance ID in Setup -> Company Settings -> Company Information

Search your Salesforce instance in the table to get the Mirage Cloud service instance.
