Placetel CTI für Salesforce

This configuration allows changing phone lines to display different phone numbers for outgoing calls. The phone system needs to support that by sending a code in front of the phone number or a code is sent separately to select a line.

Send Line Selection

 

This option determines how a line is selected.

 

In front of phone number

 

If Line - Company A is selected, the code *01 is added in front of the phone number, e.g. *01646.257.3801

 

As dial command

 

If Line - Company A is selected, the code *01 is sent to the phone system. Only if another line is selected, then another code for this line is sent.

 

 

The line selection appears in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone.

 

 

 

If only one line is configured, a picklist does not appear but the code for this line is used.
