Placetel CTI für Salesforce

This configuration allows changing phone lines to display different phone numbers for outgoing calls. The phone system needs to support that by sending a code in front of the phone number.

 

Example configuration

 

 

 

 

If Line Company A is selected the code *01 is added in front of the phone number, e.g. *01646.257.3801

 

The line selection appears in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone.

 

 

 

If only one line is configured a picklist does not appear but the code for this line is used.
