Placetel CTI für Salesforce® provides a Live Agent status Dashboard to monitor the agent presence state. It is automatically refreshed every 15 seconds.
The Live Agent Dashboard works independently from the phone system.
The presence state is also used when the user searches in the phone directory or does a call transfer.
