The data center for the Mirage Cloud Service. This is required to launch the Web based part of the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage. No data is stored there.

Based on the user configurations in the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage , user name based or SSO based Amazon Connect CCP is launched using the Mirage Cloud.

The license check for the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage is also done on the Mirage Cloud.

If the license check succeeds, then only user is allowed to logged in to the Amazon Connect CCP using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage

In case the license check fails, error message with the proper information is displayed in the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage

For license check, the Amazon Connect user name and the Amazon Connect instance name are passed from the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client machine to the Mirage Cloud.

The Amazon Connect Instance name must be configured by the company administrator in the licensing portal otherwise the license check will fail and user will not be able to use the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage . For details click here.

There must be free licenses available for the new user using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client otherwise license check will fail and user will not be able to use the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage.
