Automatic Call Distribution for Salesforce

•Audio Link and Archive Service is now using Automatic Call Distribution for Salesforce for making call recordings directly available in Mirage Connector for Service Cloud Voice in Salesforce

•New configurations added for Mirage Connector for Service Cloud Voice in the Automatic Call Distribution for Salesforce  for defining the file format and the search criteria for the call recordings

•Trigger on S3 bucket fires the new Automatic Call Distribution for Salesforce  service for Media Files and finds the correct voice record and makes recording component available on the voice record

•Advance search logic for searching the records based on unique call id in the call recording file name. Very fast and efficient

•Support for call recording file names having German characters in the call recording file name

•Support for internal calls call recordings to be accessible via Salesforce
