Create a Task

 

The phone system can create tasks, e.g. when a call is dropped or a call is missed.

 

 

 

Activity Name

This field specifies the Activity name.

 

Activity ID

This field specifies the Auto-generated unique Activity ID. This field is used for making the Activity record unique.

 

Mirage ACD - Setup 

This field specifies the Mirage ACD - Setup name. This field is used for making the relationship between ACD setup and Activity record.

 

Activate

This field specifies that the Activity record is activated or not. This field is used for activating the Activity record.

 

Search Type

This pick list field specifies the search type. This field specifies which object and fields will be available for Search In configuration.

 

Date Format

This pick list field specifies the date format. This field is used for configured the date format used by the phone system.

 

Internal Date Separator

This field specifies the internal date separator used in the date format picklist.

 

Time Zone

This pick list field specifies the timezone. This field is used for configured the timezone used by the phone system.

 

Object Owner

This check box field specifies that the task record will be assigned to searched Object Owner.

For example

 After searching, found object is Contact so in that case task record will be assigned to Contact Owner.

 

Priority Account owner

This check box field specifies that task record will be assigned to searched Object Account Owner.

For example

 After searching, found object is Contact so in that case task record will be assigned to the Account Owner exist on that Contact.

 

User

 This field specifies that the task record will be assigned to the configured user.

 

Create

 This pick list field specifies the task/event type to create.

 

Subject

This field specifies the task subject.

 

Status 

This field specifies the task status.

 

Priority

This field specifies the task priority.

 

Use record type for task

 This field specifies the record type Id configured for the task.

 

Search In

This field specifies which Objects and Fields will be used for searching in Salesforce.
