The Multimedia Player is the piece of software which runs on the customer machine. It includes the inbuilt functionality to play flash files in memory (and not on the hard disk) and performs the defined licensing and copy protection schemes.

The Multimedia Player can be found in the Deploy folder.

The Multimedia Player and the encrypted file can be distributed on CD / DVD or via download link. It does not require installation or registration on a PC - just start the Multimedia Player to display the protected files. It also does not require to have a flash player installed.

 

Even during playing a file it is protected. It is not temporarily stored on the hard disk drive but played in a kind of virtual disk within the memory.

 

The Multimedia Player comes with a ready to go menu creator which allows to select single files - e.g. make a menu for chapter I, chapter II chapter III and define which files to be started.

 

 

A user does not need to have a flash or another player like PPT or PDF reader installed. All necessary components are included in the Multimedia Player, no installation is required and the protected application can be started even from CD directly.
