It is possible to block a license after the activation is done. This feature requires the Activation Server.
There is an inbuilt command which regularly checks, if the license is still valid or not.
The workflow is as follows:
| • | Licence Protector checks every x days online, if the license is still valid |
| • | The license can be blocked on the Activation Server |
| • | The next online check detects that the license is blocked and freezes the local license |
| • | The license can be unlock on the the Activation Server again |
| • | A final date to stop the license verification can be defined |
A typical scenario would be to cover charge backs of credit cards. The license is checked e.g. every 30 days and the license check ends after 4 months.
An individual online check is also possible.
