CTI Data Connector 

To establish the connection between Mirage uaCSTA Cloud Connect and Placetel is especially easy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1 - order Salesforce integration in Placetel portal

Order the Salesforce integration with Placetel. You will get access to the Placetel CTI Client Pro Softphone or the option to use a supported Desk Phone.

 

 

If Placetel is used with a SIP trunk, the automatic provisioning is not working. The Desk Phone has to be configured manually.

 

Step 2 - Activate Desk Phone

 

Login into the Placetel Portal and activate the Salesforce connection.  

 

 

 

 

Select the Desk Phone and activate Mirage Integration. Restart the Desk Phone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Required Call Center Settings

The following call center setup is required

 

Enable the option to use an own Login ID

The Login ID is the Mirage User Name
