Unaric Voice
The Mirage MS Teams Connector allows you to seamlessly integrate MS Teams calls with Salesforce, enhancing your communication and collaboration experience. To enable this integration, you need to set up an Azure Bot, which acts as the bridge between MS Teams and Salesforce. Follow the steps below to create and configure your Azure Bot for the Mirage MS Teams Connector.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
•A configured MS-Teams setup with Direct Routing or MS-Calling Plan
•Azure Subscription Bot Service enabled
•License for Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account (can be bought from the Billing section in Microsoft Admin Portal - it's free of cost.)
•The Calling Policy must have the Call forwarding and simultaneous ring to external phone numbers option enabled in Teams Admin Center.
Select the Call Center Configuration - Mirage MS Teams Connector - Call Center Setup - this will automatically add all required default values.
