Unaric Voice 

Depending on the configuration (Authentication Type), two different screens could appear.

 

After you log into Salesforce, the Unaric Voice SoftPhone needs an additional sign in for CC4ALL.

 

Sign in with Microsoft Account

 

 

 

Then a new Browser TAB is opened and you need to specify the your Microsoft user name and password.

 

 

 

Sign in with User Name and Password

 

 

Click on the gear icon to get the option to sign in with user name and password.
