Unaric Voice 

To active Unaric Voice in Lightning Experience, an additional setup is required.

 

Switch to the Lighting setup, Apps, App manager. Select an app from app type: Lighting and click on Edit.

 

 

 

Select: Utility Bar and click on the Add button. Select: Open CTI SoftPhone

 

 

 

When you login into the App, the phone numbers will have a phone icon and the  CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application will be visible in the footer.
