Unaric Voice 

To uninstall Unaric Voice the following steps are required

•Within App Setup select Installed Packages and then click on Uninstall. This will remove the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application including all application specific data.

•Delete the Call Center Adatper

In case you are using a Phone Connector you have to do an uninstall per computer

•Select Start, Control Panel

•Add/Remove Programs

Search for CTI Data Connector - TAPI Link  or CTI Data Connector - Skype for Business Link  and select Remove.

If you are using a Desk Phone with Mirage uaCSTA Cloud Connect then remove the account in each Desk Phone.
