Creating the Webhook

 

The webhook is required for triggering the start of the Runbook from Salesforce to get the latest changes in the call queues. Please create the webhook and save the URL in a text document. The URL is required in the Salesforce setup.

 

 

1. While inside the Runbook, click Add webhook on the top menu.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Follow the instructions below, enter the name you prefer, be sure to raise the expiration date, and copy the Webhook URL to a safe place, as there is no way to retrieve it later.
