Configure Microsoft Teams Channel

 

 

•In the bot's settings menu, navigate to the "Channels" section. Click on the "Microsoft Teams" channel.

 

•Select the check-box to accept the terms of service and select Agree.

•Click the Calling tab on Teams channel page. Activate Enable calling, and paste the HTTPS handler URL (followed by your Tenant ID that you noted down in the previous step) in the Webhook field - https://ie10.miragecloud.com/OctiTeams11/callback/tenantid

 

The Data Center (ie10) needs to match the Cloud Service URL in the Main Setup Page - Call Center Configuration in Salesforce.
