The integration in the 3CX phone supports the following devices

 

3CX Windows SoftPhone

3CX Chrome Browser Plug-In and Browser Web SoftPhone

3CX Mobile APP

Desk Phone (Yealink / Snom) - presence state is not synched

Microsoft Teams  - presence state is not synched

 

With the Browser Plug-In, macOS is supported. The presence state between Salesforce and 3CX is synchronized in both ways.

 

It can be extended to a full contact center solution with Automatic Call Distribution for Salesforce Call Distribution based on Salesforce data - e.g. distribute call to account or ticket owner. and Audio Link and Archive Service Archive recordings from phone calls and link the recording to Salesforce . Includes comprehensive permissions how audio file recordings can be accessed..

 

 

 

 

System Requirements

3CX installation on a Linux or Windows Server

Permission to install a service an the 3CX server. This is not available with hosting by 3CX but with on-premise or own-hosting

3CX Server version V16 or V18

VoIPTools Service for Mirage
