With the Browser Plug-In, macOS is supported. The presence state between Salesforce and 3CX is synchronized in both ways.
It can be extended to a full contact center solution with Automatic Call Distribution for Salesforce Call Distribution based on Salesforce data - e.g. distribute call to account or ticket owner. and Audio Link and Archive Service Archive recordings from phone calls and link the recording to Salesforce .
