Select the Call Center Setup: Go Integrator - Call Center Setup

 

 

 

 

There are three important settings:

 

•Mirage Cloud Service URL: You can select the data center you want to use, but the link must end with gointegrator10

•Use Own Login ID: Must be unchecked

•Call Center - Dial via API: must be: GoIntegrator

 

The only required option is to enable the API.

 

 

Now you can add users to the Call Center.
