After the call is terminated, you can benchmark the call by selecting a call result. It is saved in an own field in the activity of the call and is also visible in the subject line of the phone call.

The call result is shown in the subject line (configurable)
•There is a separate picklist for in- and outbound calls. An outbound call could have results like Got Voicemail, Out of Office, Meeting or away from Desk where for an inbound call these results do not make sense
•Call Wrap Up groups can be enabled to have, e.g., different call wrap up lists for sales and service or having product dependent lists
•A call result can be made mandatory or as an option or disabled
•A default value for the call result could be defined
