System Requirements

 

Windows - On-Premise Server

The on-premise server should be a virtual Windows or Linux server.

 

Operating System

Must be a server operating systems

Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2016 or Windows 2019 server

The server must have access to the audio files

 

 

Linux - On-Premise Server

Putty and WinSCP app

The server must have access to the audio files

 

 

Salesforce license

The Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer Edition, a force.com or App Cloud license is required for the call center functionality. It works with the Sales / Service Cloud and Lightning Experience.

 

Salesforce CTI application

Either CTI Data Connector for Salesforce or Service Cloud Voice is required.

 

Storage location

An Amazon S3 account is required.

 

License

The product is licensed per CTI Data Connector for Salesforce or Mirage Connector for Service Cloud Voice user.

User Tom wants to access all audio records of an account

Admin user who wants to create reports of audio recordings
