The on-premise server should be a virtual Windows or Linux server.
Operating System
•Must be a server operating systems
•Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2016 or Windows 2019 server
•The server must have access to the audio files
•Putty and WinSCP app
•The server must have access to the audio files
The Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer Edition, a force.com or App Cloud license is required for the call center functionality. It works with the Sales / Service Cloud and Lightning Experience.
Either CTI Data Connector for Salesforce or Service Cloud Voice is required.
An Amazon S3 account is required.
The product is licensed per CTI Data Connector for Salesforce or Mirage Connector for Service Cloud Voice user.
