Installation
Windows
The installation does not require admin permissions, as the application is installed to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\mirage-acsoftphone\mirage-acsoftphone.exe
To start the installation, click on the Mirage-ACSoftphone-installer.exe file. A desktop icon and an entry in the start menu is added.

macOS
To start the installation, click on Mirage-ACSoftPhone-installer.dmg. Depending on settings, you have to allow the installation or right click on the file and select Open.
Now drag the icon in the Applications folder.

Your system administrator needs to whitelist the Mirage Cloud Service before the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage can be used.
