To establish a link between the Phone System and Salesforce, the Mirage Cloud Service is required.
•It runs in the Amazon data centers in Ireland. In case of a service interruption the service could be moved to other Amazon data centers
•It is a high availability server pool which ensures an uninterrupted service
•The Mirage Cloud Service does store only a few configuration data. All other data which is retrieved for call distribution or data look-up, is kept in the server memory and deleted after the phone call
The following data is stored in the Mirage Cloud Service
•Unique PBX ID
•Unique Lookup ID
•Salesforce Org ID and the access token.
•PBX Token
•Configuration settings like default value from the Salesforce set up.
The following data is shared between Salesforce, Mirage Cloud Service and the phone system.
•Salesforce access token to validate the request to the Salesforce.
•URL to the Mirage Cloud Service
•Configuration settings from the Salesforce set up - Mirage ACD Set up , Extension Look Up , Data Look Up, IVR Look Up, Dialing Rules.
•Caller ID or Called ID or IVR ID.
•PBX Token to validate the request from phone system.
•Salesforce Org ID.
