You can use custom Serial Numbers like e.g. having only small capital letters or limit the maximum lengths of the Serial Number to 10.

 

Custom Serial Numbers can not be used for

 

•Network licenses

•Subscription licenses where the Serial Number has an expiry date

 

To use custom Serial Numbers, the following steps are required

 

Define Custom Serial Numbers

 

In the Activation Server TAB, select settings and then Custom Keys

 

After changing this setting update the project on the Activation Server.

 

Configure format of the Serial Number

The Serial Number format can be configured in the Activation Server within the product configuration.

This feature can only be used when the Serial Number is created on the Activation Server

 

This feature requires the All-In-One Protector Premium Plus or Multi-Platform Edition.
