You can create a menu using a PDF file. The latest PDF version supports defining a hyperlink to an EXE but it has one major limitation. You can only invoke the EXE file and not specify a command line parameter.

 

For each menu item you would have to start a different player. Split the project into  several databases and place one project (complete deploy folder) in one own sub folder.
