With either of this method, the customer has to send you the installation code (8 digit hardware ID), Serial Number, name, E-Mail address and you have to send back the Unlock Key (Copy Protection Key). The Unlock Key is generated within the Administration screen. If selected during the creation of the project, time limitation is removed.

 

 

Note

You have to check manually if the Serial Number was already used or not. If the Web Activation server is installed but the customer sends the information via E-Mail, Phone or Fax, then starting with version 2.5 of the web Activation Server the Unlock Key can be generated within the Web Activation interface which ensures, that the key can not be used twice.
