If you have applications (executables) - see How to protect an application.
Excel - if VB macros or formulas have to be protected, you need a source code integration with Licence Protector - see www.Licence-Protector.com or contact sales@mirage-systems.de for an Excel Add-in.
HTML files and all other file types, which can not be converted to flash, can not be protected. See How to protect? to get a list of supported file types for protection.
All files will play only on a PC, not on a CD / DVD recorder connected to TV.
