How to find out if a customer has activated the software?

If a software is activated, it can be either found in the Reports Tab, report Activation or within the Data Management Tab, Key List or Transactions.

 

Either search for customer name or Entry Key.

 

If you are using Serial Numbers, then the Entry Key is the Serial Number.
