The DLL / COM exe has to be registered. Typically an installer has an inbuilt feature to register a DLL or EXE file. In case the installer does not have this option or you want to manually register the file use the following command line.
•regsvr32.exe "..path to DLL\ LicProtector510.DLL"
•LicProtector510.EXE /regserver
You need admin rights to register the component
