Activation by e-mail, Phone, Fax

With either of this method, the customer has to send you the installation code (8 digit hardware ID), Serial Number, name, e-mail address and you have to send back the Unlock Key (Copy Protection Key). .

Note

You have to check if the Serial Number was already used or not. If the Web Activation server is installed but the customer sends the information via e-mail, Phone or Fax, then starting with version 2.5 the Unlock Key can be generated within the Web Activation interface which ensures, that the key can not be used twice.
