It is possible to store all files (required files see files for distribution) on a network folder. Multiple users can start the application at the same time. Each user needs a read and write access to this folder.

The advantages of a network installation are?

Centralized installation - all files are located on one machine

Only 1 activation is necessary even if 100 users or PCs are using the application

If additional users should be added, only one Activation Key has to be sent out

Just define the number of users or computers you want to allow to start the application.

There are 3 different kinds of network license

license per PC

license per User

Floating license / concurrent user

When using a network license, the activation can be done from any PC/Client (not from the server) and it has to be done only once for all PCs. The PC/Client retrieves the hardware data (installation codes) of the server.

If you have a server application (like a service on the server) and you want to do all the testing on the server, see Network license with a Server Application.
