You can bind an Activation Key to a license File ID (unique number) of a license file. The Activation Key can then be used solely with this specific license file.

If the license File ID = 0, the Activation Key can be used with any license file. It is like a general key.

You can retrieve the Installation Code of the customer with the License Viewer.
