To import a list of Serial Numbers / IDs, you need a valid CSV file (separator = ;) with Serial Numbers and as a column heading Module ID and Entrykey. You can additionally import a status for each key: IsLocked, MaxTries (= Maximum Key / ID Usage), CheckLicenceDays, ExternalGroup and ExternalID. ExternalGroup and ExternalID are reference fields for your internal use, e.g. to map the record to a CRM system.

The EntryKey is the criteria you use during product activation as the unique ID and this criterion is checked if it exists on Activation Server.
