The CTI Data Connector SoftPhone works with limitations in the agent console.
You can not dial from the list view - only from the detail contact or account record.
Manually assigning a new contact in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone is not possible.
In case a contact or account should be assigned to the call, proceed as follows:
•Click on the icon . A new TAB with the contact opens
•Assign the contact now in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone
