The CTI Data Connector SoftPhone works with limitations in the agent console.

 

Outgoing calls

You can not dial from the list view - only from the detail contact or account record.

 

Incoming calls

Manually assigning a new contact in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone is not possible.

 

In case a contact or account should be assigned to the call, proceed as follows:

 

Click on the icon . A new TAB with the contact opens

Assign the contact now in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone
