The Mirage MIA SIP SoftPhone can be used with any Cloud- or on-premise PBX system, which supports the SIP protocol. It can directly communicate with the Mirage Cloud and does not require an additional local component like a TAPI driver.

The following area of application is ideal for Mirage MIA SIP SoftPhone:

•the phone system can only be connected via TAPI

•a software phone is used, that comes with a TAPI driver (Ninja, Juggler, Xtelsio)

•a local CTI server (e.g.: GoConnect Server) should not be used as the infrastructure for running a server is not available (e.g., small branch office)
