To use Unaric Availability & Contact Info (ACI), please follow these steps:
Step 1: Assign Licenses
•In Salesforce Setup, go to Installed Packages.
•Open the package Unaric Voice And Meetings and under Managed Licenses, add the relevant users.
Step 2: Assign Permission Set
•In Salesforce Setup, go to Permission Sets.
•Assign the permission set Mirage CTI Standard User to the user.
Step 3: Add the Lightning Component
•In Salesforce, go to Contacts and edit the page layout via Edit Page.
•Add the custom - managed Lightning component unaricAvailabilityAndContactInfoComp.
•The component can be placed in different areas of the Contact layout and automatically adapts its size to fit the selected section.
If the Copy button for the email address does not work, please check whether the relevant Lightning Security Features or security settings are enabled in your Salesforce environment.
