CTI Connector is either started automatically with the operating system or you start it within the program manager group CTI Connector . After starting the program you will find an Icon in the taskbar (notification area, down to the right near the date and time display).

 

 
 

CTI Connector is ready and will respond to incoming and outgoing calls. The icon in the taskbar will respond to clicks made with the left and right mouse button. For details see chapter taskbar - Control Basic Functions.
