The call center adapter works with:

 

Internet Explorer 7 or 8. Internet Explorer 9 works but with limitations

Firefox 3.5 and 3.6 - Version 4 and 5 is not supported

 

 

The support for Internet Explorer is installed automatically. For Firefox, you have to install a plug-in.

 

The limitations are due to the salesforce Softphone. Check  with the next salesforce release if new Browser versions are supported.

Install Firefox Plug-In

Close Firefox

Download the firefox plug-in installer - Click here (right mouse click, save target as)

Save it into the installation folder of CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition  (e.g. ..program files\CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition\3.0)

Double-Click on sf-firefox-plugin.exe

Firefox will open and a warning message appears. Click on the button: Install now
