Audio Link and Archive Service for Salesforce works with the Sales / Service Cloud and Lightning Experience.
It adds a related record Mirage Audio Files to Account, Contact and Leads. If a computer telephony application like CTI Data Connector for Salesforce is used, then a link to the audio file can be added to the activity of the phone call.

If you click on the recording link the audio file will play in the Browser or the player assigned to the file type.
