To establish a link between the Phone System and Salesforce, the Mirage Cloud Service is required.
•It runs in the Amazon data centers in Ireland. In case of a service interruption the service could be moved to other Amazon data centers
•It is a high availability server pool which ensures an uninterrupted service
•The Mirage Cloud Service does store only a few configuration data required for licensing. All other data from phone calls or chats are stored in Amazon Connect
The following data is stored in the Mirage Cloud Service
Data about AWS and Amazon Connect / Company Information
•Company Name
•Amazon Connect instance name
•Amazon Customer ID
•Amazon Product ID
•Number of licenses ordered
•Number of active users
Data from Administrator
•First Name
•Last Name
•Language
•Configuration information like Time Zone, Date Format, Theme
•Password to log into the Licensing Portal
Data per user
•Amazon Connect user name
•Last Login
•Record Create Date
•Information about license status like active, blocked
