Uninstall CTI Data Connector for Salesforce®

If CTI Data Connector - TAPI Link or CTI Data Connector - Skype for Business Link is used, you need to uninstall the application on each computer.

You can uninstall CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® using Windows Programs and Features. Select Control Panel, click on Programs and then click on Programs and Features.

You will find CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® in the program list. Select it and then click Uninstall.

Uninstall the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application (Setup / Installed packages). Fields and objects of this package are deleted and the content is lost.
