GoConnect Server

CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® can directly connect (without TAPI) via the GoConnect Server to the PBX. This server integrates with a lot of phone systems - list of supported phone systems.

Using the GoConnect server make especially sense when

•More than 10 users

•You do not want to install a local component (TAPI driver and CTI Data Connector - TAPI Link)

•The PBX vendor does not offer a TAPI driver

•The TAPI driver does not support 64bit

•The TAPI driver does not support Citrix / Terminal server

•The TAPI driver is expensive

•You want to use CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® with MAC OS X
