Your CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® License

The CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® license is per user and can be managed within Salesforce (within App Setup select Installed Packages and then click on Manage Licenses)

•Allowed Licenses are the number of license your company has acquired

•Used Licenses are the number of licenses assigned to users

•Expiration Date - date when the subscription expires

•Status - Trial = evaluation version, Active = active subscription

By installing and using the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application you agree to the Master Subscription Agreement.
