A Cloud or VOIP PBX can be connected to CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® either using a special handset or a special software phone.

There are different options to connect to CTI Data Connector for Salesforce®

 

Recommended

Use a handset from Snom, Yealink, Mitel or Panasonic - click here for a detail list. Works with Windows and macOS

Use a Software Phone (VoIP Phone - Windows only):   Global IP Telecommunications Ltd (Ninja Pro or Juggler) http://www.globaliptel.com or Phone Suite CTI Client Standard or from. This software works with all SIP compatible phone systems

 

Additional options

Use a Mitel/Aastra, Tiptel, or Gigaset DX. You need to install the TAPI driver for this phone. - http://www.xtelsio.com (Xtelsio CTI Client). Aastra phones are also supported by Juggler (http://www.globaliptel.com)

For Zoiper you need additionally the TAPI driver  - http://www.xtelsio.com (Xtelsio CTI Client)
